I have been a visual artist all my life. My first vocation was as a graphic designer. I learned the profession while earning a Master of Fine Arts at George Washington University in Washington DC. 
 

For the past 25 years, I have also dedicated my energy toward painting, first in the realist style of the Flemish and Dutch Masters of the 1700s, and presently in more abstract modes. I generally prefer oil on canvas, but enjoy experimenting with a variety of media, textures, and collages.

My handmade, one-of-a-kind jewelry line, Petits Bijoux, was inspired by antique finds from travel around the world: antique buttons, French stampings, beads, and various metals.
