The Art of Collage

Creating works of art with collage materials - clippings, ephemera, bits of calligraphy, found objects, etc - were used extensively by cubists artists Braque and Picasso. The name "collage" is from the French verb "coller", which means to glue. In my collage exploration, I try to create a storyline with holds these works together as firmly as the glue.
